Change the sponsor between races.
Event fleets and match-race circuits have a problem no printed sail can solve: the same boats carry different sponsors every weekend. MATCH-RACE is built for exactly that — the removable member of our sticker family.
SAIL-STICKER stays. MATCH-RACE comes off.
Both are our answer to insignia cloth: a printable material with a strong adhesive, supplied to us by Dimension-Polyant, with a light blocker built into it so graphics mounted back to back do not ghost through each other.
The difference is what happens at the end. SAIL-STICKER is meant to stay, and over time it will leave adhesive residue if you take it off. MATCH-RACE is the one designed to be removed. We have done what we can there — but we will not promise you a surface with no residue at all, because that is not a promise anyone can keep on a sail that has raced a season.
At 115 g/m² the material is lighter than the 135 g/m² insignia cloth a loft would otherwise reach for. You are not adding something exotic to the sail. You are adding less than the alternative.
- Removable graphics for event and match-race fleets
- Insignia-grade material with a light blocker built in
- 115 g/m² against 135 g/m² for standard insignia cloth
- Mounts back to back without the reverse image ghosting through
- Swap sponsors between events without touching the cloth
- Also used well outside match racing

Prices are not published — most people find them lower than they expect. Send the sail and the artwork and you will have a figure.

What is the difference between MATCH-RACE and SAIL-STICKER?
Same material family, different intent. SAIL-STICKER is meant to stay and will leave adhesive residue over time. MATCH-RACE is designed to be removed.
Full answer →Is it heavier than the insignia cloth we use now?
No. 115 g/m² against 135 g/m². Both go on back to back when the graphic must read from both sides, so the comparison is 230 against 270.
Full answer →Will it leave marks when removed?
We have done what we can, but we do not guarantee a residue-free surface. On a sail that has raced a season, nobody honestly can.
Full answer →How long does it last in the sun?
A sticker in permanent full sun should be coated. Tell us where the boat lives before we specify anything.
